Designed with intentional care, this powerful conversation centers on the health of the whole woman, body, soul, and spirit. Tonight, you will hear from four respected Christian leaders: a medical doctor, a psychiatrist, a licensed therapist, and a pastor, thoughtfully facilitated by Danielle Hicks.
Together, they will speak with wisdom, compassion, and honesty as they respond to real and meaningful questions. Because this is an 18+ space, we have the freedom to be real, to talk openly about mental health, physical health, spiritual struggles, and the things we often carry quietly.
This panel is about truth, healing, and wholeness. It is about bringing what is often kept in the dark into the light through both professional insight and faith-rooted encouragement.
We are expectant for what God will do through this conversation. Let’s lean in together.

This breakout is designed to help teen girls (ages 12-17) grow in confidence, identity, and faith in a safe, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment.
During the session, girls will:
Take part in guided conversations about God’s love and what it means to be His daughter
Create a personalized beaded bracelet as a reminder of their God-given identity
Enjoy a specialty café drink while connecting with other girls
All of this is included in the price of the conference.

Is there a discount for attending only one day?
There is one set registration price of $55. You won’t want to miss either day, but you will still get plenty of great value if you can only make it to one!
Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?
We have a limited amount of seating (225 tickets) for {breathe} 2026 and anticipate that the event will sell out so we would suggest registering ASAP. If we are not sold out registration at the door will be available.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just come as you are. You are welcome to bring your bible (we have some available here as well)
What is the attire for the conference?
Attire is casual. You may want to bring a sweater or a light jacket if you get cold easily.
Will childcare be provided?
Childcare will not be provided at the conference. Our hope is that {breathe} will be a time for you to get away and be free from distractions so you can receive all God has for you. Nursing infants are welcome to attend and there will be a nursing lounge available if desired.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
All registrations are non-refundable but ARE transferrable. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved, {breathe} does not arrange payment for transferred tickets.
Will there be any extra fees, or does my registration cover everything?
The Friday evening reception and Saturday lunch are included with your registration. We will also have complimentary coffee and water. There will be specialty drinks and baked goods available for purchase at the {breathe} cafe as well as a small {breathe} store with some fun merchandise that is totally optional.
